This product has a theoretical yield of 100 BDFT. Two-component foams are packaged with an A-component and a B-component. Each cylinder contains a blowing agent to help expel the chemical and give structure to the cells. The two-components mix in the nozzle of the dispensing unit and begin to chemically react instantaneously. Two-component foam systems will expand immediately upon chemical reaction of A-component and B-component to a final volume that is 3-5 times the dispensed volume, in typical applications, and may be as much as 8 times the dispensed volume in specific applications, depending on various factors such as cavity size and ambient conditions. The foam will cure to a semi-rigid closed cell foam upon the chemical reaction of component A and component B.
Handi Foam E-84 Class 1 FS25 contains flame retardents in order to meet the testing requirements of ASTM E-84, with a flame spread at 25 less and a smoke developed rating of 450 or less. This is a flame resistance rating (the foam is NOT Fire-Proof) and is sometimes referred to as "Class 1".

*Each kit is equipped with a 9 1/2' hose and the Handi Gun Two-Component dispensing unit and an 8 pack of nozzles (4 fan & 4 cone nozzles). The Handi-Gun and nozzles are solvent resistant and can be cleaned with approved solvents (refer to Handi Foam Polyurethane Cleaner- item # P10083).
